No New Posts Under The Bridge

The bridge, while the easiest way to each side of the continent, has a lower level where people live in slums and is a lawless zone (since these people are not technically here legally). This is a very dangerous place and a center for ambushings and theft. Not the safest place to walk. Little net in the slums.
